If there was a 10 Chili rating, this would be it! I love African Bird Pepper...first started using it 40 years ago in herbal healing classes...and this is sooooh fresh and alive and piquant! Beautiful bite and takes only a pinch to get the flavor dispersed in a lot of food! I love this stuff...also great in Honey/Vinegar and Water mixture for a refreshing daily Ph balancing energy tonic! I love this Pepper!
