Cayenne is pretty much a daily ingredient in our kitchen so we use a lot. When I first discovered Spices Inc. I gave their cayenne a try and found it to be superior to anything the local grocer carries. Since then obviously there are several other spices where we have discovered the same result . . . call me a regular Spices Inc. customer

I've been looking for the rightly heated spice and very much happy to say it has the right amount of kick. Add a little to start and add more as you go. This will get stronger as you add. Believe me its that type of spice.

A great earthy flavored chili
A great earthy flavored chili powder. It's on the lower end of heat 30K SHU, I miss the 50k-80k stuff too. Use it to add a little bit of background heat that's not too intense.
