Brine a Turkey
I brined a 20 lb bird for over 24 hours with this seasoning. I used a cooler, turkey roasting bag and lots of ice. I followed their instructions and it worked great. The taste and flavor profile was dead on for poultry. My roasting method is extremely high temp (450) for 20 minutes and a reduction to 350 for remaining cooking time. Perfect moisture content and flavor.

Almost a shame to use it
The brine mix smelled so wonderful I was mocked by my loving family as I insisted each smell the wonderful mix. I was slightly sad to actually use it, but very glad with the results. I roasted one turkey with lemon slices and apple in the cavity and grilled one after spatchcocking a smaller bird. I rinsed and massaged each with olive oil before cooking. Both turned out wonderfully with nice, subtle, deep flavor. I do wish Spices Inc. offered brining bags to complete the convenience of this mix.

Excellent for making gravlax

Turkey Brine Seasoning
I feed approximately 500 people at a community Thanksgiving dinner each year. I brine around 25 turkeys in a large cooled container. Each of the birds turns out moist and delicious. I priced out the ingredients to create this brine myself and can't do it for this pricing. The bottom line is this brine is fantastic, use it!

Turkey Brine Seasoning
Followed instructions and it came out excellent. Was a little nervous sine it was Thanksgiving. The brine had an awesome smell when preparing. Turkey had a great flavor and it was very moist. Even the gravy made from the drippings was awesome. My family could not get over the flavor and how good it was. Looks like I found a winner winner - turkey dinner. I will be back again for more brine mix for sure. I think grilled chicken would be very good.
