Great for enchilada sauce.
It made a great tasting sauce that is just the right amount of hot. Much stronger than what i was using prior to finding this in an organic spice.

ORGANIC ANCHO CHILE POWDER
THIS IS THE FIRST SPICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND . IT HAS THE LOVELY MILD HEAT BUT ALMOST NO FLAVOR ??? VERY ODD. ALL THEIR OTHER SPICES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING, SPECIALLY THEIR ORGANIC PENNSLVANIA PEPPER AND THEIR ORGANIC ANAHEIM PEPPER POWDER. THANK YOU , BONNIE GARDNER
