Great powders! A little disappointed with inventory supply.
The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because I did not actually get shipped the full amount that I purchased in my most recent order. As a long-time customer, I have been a bit disappointed with certain items being frequently out of stock with LONG wait times until they are in stock again. Recently, I purchased 5 lbs of the Black Pepper and they emailed me a day later saying that they were out of stock and could not ship me the full amount that I ordered. I also ordered ginger powder and they say that one was completely out of stock and I would not get it at all. I have had to email them several times over the past year about whether items are in or out of stock and to notify me immediately. They did refund me for the amount that I could not receive.
It would be great to have a little better inventory management as this is not the first time I have had issues with spices being out of stock with them. I do not understand why it would take almost two months for some very common spices/powders to be back in stock but maybe I am missing something here.
Other than that, I have always been pleased with their powders and the quality is unmatched! Which I am guessing is why they are always out of stock.
