Saffron Milk
I used a few strands of the saffron with warm milk, to finish off a curry which was combined with chicken. It does not take much of the saffron to bring out that little extra bit of richness.

I use it for savory and sweet dishes. The taste and aroma on this saffron is mouthwatering.
I baked saffron buns a few days ago and even the one person who claims not to like saffron could not eat the saffron buns fast enough.
