It grows on you
I prob wouldn't have tried this if I hadn't rcvd a sample with an order.
I make lots of chicken/turkey and pork stews and this goes great in them, tho' I do add a little add'l sage.
They mention it w/ black bean burgers. I eat black beans as a side dish and a sprinkle instead of pepper works fine. I also have used it successfully in deviled eggs.

Nice change
This is great for my spouses low sodium diet. We have about 15 different kinds of spice blends for chicken that are sodium free. This means no getting tired of same ol, same ol.

Mother Clucker Chicken Seasoning
Great addition to the spice pantry. I used it as a rub on pan-seared chicken thighs last night & the drippings made a fabulous roux. Complex & savory but not hot (add more red pepper flakes if that's your thing). 1-lb fills up an 8 oz jar plus 1-quart-jar.
