Had some leftover dried Peruvian
Had some leftover dried Peruvian Beans (Canary Beans) and decided to make bean soup. Added Hill Country Chili Powder to it to see what flavor enhancement it would bring. Great taste with a touch of heat..definitely improved the soup. Because the soup was not as complex as other dishes, I did notice the slight flavor of all spice.
