Fantastic powder and great value!
I've used Porcini mushrooms for years. I purchased to see if their texture was similar to my grinding the dried mushrooms myself. It was a good value for the money as well. I've used half a dozen times for steak marinades. I add other spices as well to make my own blend. It has been a great purchase. I'd recommend.

COMES FROM CHINA
Tastes decent- but there is no telling what is actually in it. I wish I had read more carefully before buying.I try not to by any Chinese food stuffs

LOVE my fungi . . .
I add this powder to almost everything that I make . . . Sauces, stews, fillings, eggs, etc. It is just perfect and so flavorfull !!! I highly recommend it.
