Love it
I read all the time about how great it is to mix your own spices. If you have enough time and are lucky you will get it to taste like this. I use it quite often so it is always fresh in my cupboard. Why make it hard?

The BEST sweet curry powder I have ever used!!!
This is by far the BEST sweet curry powder I have ever tasted and used! It has a wonderful blend of spices, and is sweet without being overpowering or too hot! Perfect for recipes with vegetables and chicken where the flavors need to be enhanced not covered up! If you brown the curry powder in oil/butter before adding ingredients, you need less powder because the browning gives off even more curry flavor.
