Weird cardboard flavor
Based on the flavor profile in the description, I was really looking forward to trying this dill seed. What a disappointment! Maybe the batch is past prime - it barely has any flavor and it tastes like wet cardboard instead of dill. I certainly won’t try it in any recipe and risk ruining the whole dish. I do like the other herbs and spices in my order and I have ordered from Spices Inc many times. They need to edit the flavor profile and check this batch of dill seed. I would like a refund.
