Smoked Bourbon Barrel Flake Salt
This is sublime and add such a rich tang to whatever you use it on. Which for me is just about everything. That reminds me, I need to go order more right now....

Not Bad, Not Great
I had high hopes for this product to add a nice touch of bourbon muskiness to a recipe. The initial smell was no different than other smoked salts and the taste was nothing close to bourbon.
This one was a miss.
