Not Bad, Not Great
I had high hopes for this product to add a nice touch of bourbon muskiness to a recipe. The initial smell was no different than other smoked salts and the taste was nothing close to bourbon.
This one was a miss.

Multi uses for a tasty 😋 salt!
Salt & bourbon! What better combo could there be?! I think this salt would be great on the rim of a Bloody Mary made with mezcal. It was delicious as a finishing salt on my med-rare steak, too!
