Has a nice mint scent when cooking with it but only a very slight taste after cooking which is good for me, I would not like a heavy mint taste with my food. Goes well with Lamb.

Seasonings
I tried the Mojito Lime on seafood we grilled. It tasted great out of the bottle, based on the flavor of the scallops and shrimp, we could taste the lime but the other flavors were lighter. Be liberal in the use of the product.
We were attracted to this brand because it is salt free which is difficult in the seasoning world. I would recommend it for anyone looking to be outside the standard seasonings from the grocery store
