I used these Korean Chili
I used these Korean Chili Flakes in a Chili Oil recipe for use in stir fry dishes. These chili flakes have a wonderful flavor and are mild, and not too hot, and leave you with a mildly satisfying lingering heat that does not overpower your dish. I also tossed them into a beer batter fish recipe for some extra kick, and they fit the bill there too. These will not disappoint.
