I quite like this blend!
I'm slowly getting better at Indian cooking and bought this blend as a point of reference to my own spice blends.
I have each of these spices separately. I have much to learn as there is far more to it than simple blending.
Only want to dip your toes into Indian cooking? Get this stuff! It is not hot by any means, just a pleasant well balanced blend of flavors.

The aroma/fragrance and the spice undertones are very pleasant, and has a well-balanced flavor. I also recommend adding a touch more of Garam Masala towards the end of the cooking process to give your dish that extra boost of favor and love. I would recommend this to friends and curry food lovers. I'll continue to repurchase this Garam Masala in the future.

Garam Masala
Inc., having never even used it before in my cooking. My husband and I absolutely adore it. My husband had a health scare so we've gone to more vegetarian and vegan choices of food, many of which are of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern origin. I put Garam Masala in just about every dish I make! The aroma is exquisite and the taste is wonderful, flavorful and well-balanced. I can't imagine not having it in my spice cabinet! Thanks so much for a wonderful Garam Masala!
