Thank you for finding and providing La Vera Smoked Hot Paprika from Spain. It has been a very nice surprise for us as we continue to develop our chili blends.
Testing a new item is always "risky", as it is difficult to ascertain how a product will shift a flavor outcome. This particular smoked paprika has proven to be a game changer for 5 of our blends, and in a positive direction.
From our perspective, the subtle pungency, depth of flavor, and smoke nuances shifts the lingering tastes to a very pleasant level that left our taste testers wanting to know what was the difference in one particular blend out of others on a side-by-side comparison. The response has been positive from others randomly tested "on the street" at a recent craft fair, enough that we have decided to go forward with having La Vera Smoked Hot Paprika as our base paprika.

Great product
