It is great on salmon, chicken and I used it on Sunday to make Smoked Paprika Corvina Bake Fish and it was a great hit for my family. I wish I could attach a picture from my Sunday meal. I will post my recipe and pictures on my Facebook page and blog. CW's Cafe Today.

Sauces, rubs and dips and this one far and away exceeds the flavors of any other companies spices that I have ever used. I do a lot of cooking and this is the only company that I will ever buy spices from.
