Very tasty product
I have used this product on both chicken and pork. Once I figured out how much was needed I was able to make a very palatable dish. Everything considered I like the product. If it has a short coming it is heat. I am prone to spicy hot flavor profiles. This product is easily amped up with a little Cajun gunpowder added or as most people know it Cayenne pepper.

I love this Cajun seasoning, use it when I make red beans & rice, Dirty rice and on chicken & burgers for a little extra flavor. Better than Cajun found in store. Recommend it to all that enjoy Cajun food.

What a nice surprise! Without having to mix a lot of spices myself, this blend reminded me, right away, of the flavor of the incredible food I ate during my time in New Orleans. One of the best seasonings I've had. By the way, the creole seasoning is just as good!
