Not entirely satisfied.
We bought five pounds of Ancho chiles, and five pounds of Guajillo chiles. The Anchos were mostly hard and brittle (should be soft and pliable). The Guajillos were mostly soft and pliable.

In fact, they were brittle, making it very difficult to open and remove the seeds prior to soaking
