Al Pastor
I recently was turned onto Al Pastor at my local Taqueria and then found a recipe that utilizes achiote paste and many other ingredients-while delicious, is very time consuming to prepare. When I'm tired but have a taste for Al Pastor and don't feel like leaving the house, this seasoning is great for giving it the flavor without all the work.

Best pork tacos
I had previously always used MCcormick al pastor seasoning(unaware spices inc existed) and it was discontinued. So i went online trying to find something similar. Spices inc did not disappoint. The spices in this blend are far fresher and aromatic than pre packaged seasonings. My recipe uses 2 tablespoons of al pastor 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 vinegar let marinate for a few hours then cook it in the juices,drain fry until a little crispy,add fresh diced cilantro and lime juice.

Al Pastor Taco Seasoning
Delicious! I have used it on lamb, pork, and chicken. Coat and let marinade over night, cook the meat however you like. Yummylicious! Thanks, Debi
