Boston butt on the smoker. The Barbacoa rub had a great flavor. Marinated with rub, olive oil and soy sauce. Slit pork butt and stuffed with pickled jalapeƱo slices. Smoked for 6 hours at 175-200. Shredded and had awesome tacos.
