The freshness of the seasoning is very apparent when you first open up the shipping box..it should be made into a potpourri (hahaha).
As suggested it gives your stuffing a rich flavor and when blended with a few other ingredients & oil it's fantastic on baked veggies.
The freshness of the spice blend really pops out at you.
