Just right ...
You know it is just the seasoning you have been looking for when you return for more in just a few weeks. I have used it to make a bruschetta type toast with fresh tomatoes and a lemon chicken cutlet dish. Great subtle blend that can be used in ways I have not thought of - yet.

A very unique blend!
I like the taste of the blend, not spicy hot, but, very different for me. I enjoy the taste of the coriander and sumac used. I have used it on baked chicken, and dipped pita in olive oil, then the Za'tar...and sprinkled on my hummus. Good stuff!

Za'tar Spice - Super Fresh!
I ordered the Za'tar spice and it smelled fresh and tasted amazing. The complimentary sample pepper blend was also delicious and I've been putting it on everything. I definitely recommend this company if you want to actually add flavor to your food through fresh spices!

A whole new world
What can I say about Spicesinc Za'atar spice blend that hasn't already been said? It's a delightful cacophony of herbs and spices that once added to hummus will transport you to a magical land of pure flavor ecstasy. It provides a looking glass into a world of Utopian epicurean delight. I know my life will never be the same, for I will never be able to go back to what once was, knowing what I do now. In fact every second without Spicesinc Za'atar spice blend in an eternity of agony. No, I suppose life will never be what it once was. Thank you Spicesinc.

Loved the Za atar

Great new taste!
I used the Za atar seasoning on chicken cutlets for a gathering and wow! I usually try not to repeat dishes for this group however, they asked to have this again. I will be using it on other meats as well very soon.

I would call this "seasoned" za'atar
I would call this more of a "seasoned" za'atar, than traditional za'atar. It has additional spices that aren't normally in the blend (or maybe they are normal to Israeli za'atar and I've only had za'atar from other places?) It's fine, but not what I was looking for. I should have read the ingredients more closely!
