There's not a lot to say about black pepper. This is a good quantity of it, which will last me a long time. I would like to find some that is even finer ground all the way down to a powder, but I'm not sure that is available anywhere.

I bake a lot, and the spices I use are of the highest quality. The spices in the store just does not measure up to the spices at Spice Inc. You'll use a lot less because of its high quality. I have purchased quit a few spices from Spice Inc. Their pepper is superb. When I sprinkle it on my recipes I don't just see it, but I taste it. Try it on your baked foods. You'' be pleasantly surprised.
