Amazing Roasted Minced Garlic
I'm so pleased with the roasted garlic, using it in cooking and to add a bit of garlic to my salads. The flavor replicates fresh garlic but is strong, so only a small amount is needed.

Not much flavor. The Organic California Roasted Garlic I bought last year had much flavor. I even tried running some through my spice gringer, but it just didn't have the aroma or flavor... So sorry.
