Great flavors!
I was mixing this myself and it was good but this is better…
1. Because it is hella easier!
2. It isn’t whole spices so you don’t have to make a sachet.
3. You can add it in at the end for extra flavor if someone doesn’t like a lot of spice.
All in all it has great favor, it’s fresh unlike some store bought spices, and super versatile. One of my favorites if you calumny almost all of them contenders.

Be Careful With This One
This is a very vibrant blend of spices. If you tend to have a few glasses of wine or a beer or two while you cook BE CAREFUL!! It will go a long way and when you get the mix right it really does a good job of taking your cooking to Old Mexico.

cauliflower Steaks
I only used the Birria Taco Seasoning once so far. Little olive oil and dusted cauliflower steaks with Barria, seared them on the cold stone with a little flash steam at the end. Great flavor. Hole family loved it.
