Dill weed...
The recipe that I use dill weed the most is when I prepare salmon. I cut 3 inch slices from a side, melt some butter in a skillet, cover all sides of the salmon with butter, spray some lemon juice and sprinkle dill on both sides. 3-4 minutes per side on high temp. Dill was invented for salmon.

Dill Weed
I've thrown out countless jars and packages of it right after a purchase because it was so stale. I have never gotten a poor quality herb or spice from this vendor so I took a chance and bought a pound, with the intention of sharing it with a friend who makes dilled salmon several times a month and had the same complaint I've have about inferior dill. We we both so pleased with the package I bought--the dill was fresh, fragrant and flavorful. Love!
