Perfect on pork
We originally bough this spice because it was salt free. We keep ordering more because of the great spicy yet earthy flavor it gives to pork and chicken. It work especially well on grilled pork shops.

We purchased this spice for the first time about a month ago. We love it on grilled and baked chicken. The best surprise is how good it is in pork. We season bone-in porch chops with this spice about an hour before grilling. Great flavor!
