My favorite spice
I have been using a Jicha for over a year and have never been able to locate it being sold in bulk until now. It is my favorite spice. I use it heavily on pulled pork. I also use it nearly every morning in my scrambled eggs

Well, not knowing exactly what to use it for, I test drove it, as I always do, for taste and sprinkled it on potato salad. Wonderful. So, next I'll try in soup (I have ideas to add it to a veggie soup with cabbage in it). I found it to have a very refreshing sweetness along with the spice. I've got to try it further to experiment with it but so far, I find it good tasting and intriguing.

I used this spice as the major ingredient in a rub. I used the rub on a brisket flat I smoked for Christmas dinner. The rub mixture really enhanced the smoking process..Raves all around.
