I needed 5# of ground mustard and found Spice Inc online. Was hesitant to order, as spices need a high turnover in order to be fresh. Not to worry! My mustard is great, and it came quickly. My mistake: I should have ordered more spices to take advantage of shipping prices.

Love this company!
For years I have paid way too much for little jars of store shelf spices and wanted to try something different. I found Spices Inc, ordered a whole bunch of spices and love every single one. The ground yellow mustard has so much flavor as a rub. I wish I had discovered this years ago! I will definitely buy from them again.

Had nice flavor, was ground a bit coarse but when cooked it broke down fine.
