The smell is fantabulous! Even if never use, just to open jar and smell. Have used tho' .. opening pods and using mortar/pestle to crush. Gives a unique and delightful aroma to many dishes ... even cookies!

Looked for cardamom back in August or September. You were out of stock. I requested email notification when it was available. I got nothing. I leter returned on my own to your web site and found that it was again in stock. I like doing business with you, but you "dropped the ball" on this item.

Israeli coffee
The green pods are wonderfully fragrant. I use them - ground with my coffee beans - to make my morning brew. Delicious.
