Cinnamon sticks
I use the soft cinnamon sticks for my cannoli cream every year. I was happy I found them online. A little disappointed in how small they were. They seem to get smaller every year. Many years ago when we would buy cinnamon sticks they were almost a foot long. But other than that I am very please that you had them.

I loved the taste of the cinnamon. I use it to make my tea and to add to Hibiscus drink when I am steaming the florwers along with allspice and clove. The only thing I would suggest is do not add the garlic strong aroma free packet with this type of spice. It impregnates the plastic bag.

Free Sriracha Powder Hurt the Sticks
Quality - great, they are what I asked for!
Package - not good, while the packaging itself was quality, I was sent a free gift of "sriracha powder" in the same package, which while it was much appreciated, the extremely strong scent of the sriracha powder was apparent in the cinnamon sticks, making them virtually un-usable. It has been weeks now and while the smell has dissipated, it is not gone. Flavor because of the sriracha powder was bad, but when I had aired a stick out for a couple days it was very usable and very flavorful, exactly what I had expected

Cinnamon
I tried this because I have a long standing love for cinnamon and there are so many uses for it. Cinnamon sticks are sometimes hard to find. I mostly tend to use these in my boiled tea with clove buds. I wasn't as crazy about the taste of this particular cinnamon, although not bad, just not what I expected. I prefer the stronger flavored sticks I guess.
