Orange Zest
It was great! It's zest, not pith. I'm addicted to zesty breads and this works very well.
I particularly like the packaging, as the resealable bag makes freezer storage simple and easy.

Orange Zest
Used in a 15bbl batch of belgian witbier and it has a great orange aroma as well as great orange flavor. I will be using this for any orange peel/zest needs in the future.
