Best solution for low sodium diet
I’ve found lime peel to give the flavor that’s missing when you remove salt from the recipe. I’ve tried several different suppliers and this has become the container I reach for. Very good flavor and adds the much needed taste to low sodium foods.

Spot on!!!
I used this to make a Cilantro Lime Basmati rice. The Lime peel helped me knocked the rice out of the park with the getting the lime flavor without the acid in line juice ruining the texture of the rice!!
