Nope.
I just returned from Mexico where I enjoyed authentic Chorizo. So, I was totally excited to receive this! But... there is waaaaaayy too much cumin in this blend. I will not be ordering it again. I will use it as a base to add other ingredients.

Cinnamon
Way to heavy on the cinnamon . Personally I do not like it. That is me . If it had none at all I believe it would be perfect . It overpowers all other flavors

Second batch!
This blend is fabulous. I used to think our local store made the best Chorizo sausage until I used this with freshly ground pork!! It tastes like what I get from the Mexican restaurant, but even better!

This is a great base
This is a great base for Mexican chorizo. I wish it was bolder, I add additional meco chipotle, garlic and Mexican oregano for a bolder chorizo.
