Has a nice smell in the container but it feels looks a little old not like the evergreen of fresh rosemary. Haven’t used it in cooking yet

Stale rosemary
I bought 5lb of the cracked rosemary. It was a first time purchase from this company. The aroma was much less brilliant than what I was using previously. It seemed old and not fresh. I don't know if they rotate their stock and toss old product. there was no date on the bag when I received it.
