A Great Addition to My Spice Collection
My daughter and I are big salmon and steelhead lovers. Most often I season it with garlic and onion powder, a little Maharajah Curry powder, salt and pepper and then broil until it’s slightly underdone. But Wild for Salmon has become a real favorite when substituted for the curry powder. The flavor reminds you of barbecue. My daughter even adds a little to flaked salmon, along with a small dollop of yogurt, to make a tasty high protein snack. We love this stuff!

I also used this as my seasoning for vegetarian chili instead of a traditional chili powder. The ingredients worked perfectly. The next time, I will put a whole ancho chile pepper in while it simmers. Excellent blend.

Pretty good combination of spices
Pretty good combination of spices however for the price you can do it yourself with a few things in your kitchen. Some of your spices are really good and some are not impressive.
