Take Your Dinner To Bangkok
This is a very versatile & flavorful spice blend. I use it in soups and chicken/rice bowls. No need to go to the Thai restaurant with this in the cupboard.

Great flavor
I love this seasoning. I've used it on shrimp and chicken. It has some nice heat but not over bearing. I've only grilled with it but plan to try it with some fresh mixed vegetables next

One of my Favorite Chicken Spices
This is now one of my favorite salt-free mixes for chicken along with Flipping the Bird and MotherClucker. The cayenne flavor is complex and authentic, and reminds me of aged hot sauces like Tabasco. My favorite use of this mix is to sprinkle it liberally on chicken pieces coated with olive oil, and then roast in the toaster oven for 25 minutes at 350 deg. Outstanding.
