Flavorful--a nice change in the taste of ground beef
Delicious in ground beef. I used it when I making stuffed bell peppers. i marinated the ground beef in this spice for several hours before stuffing the peppers. The flavor really enhanced the dish and got raves from my husband. We are going to use it in our hamburgers this weekend.
