Good salt
Good, even, consistent flake size of very clear and clean looking salt. As good as normal Kosher salt or Diamond crystals with a flavor intensity closer to Kosher salt. The quality is excellent. This is a great addition to the selection of salts available from Spices Inc.

Spicesinc.com is one of our favorite websites, and the coarse sea salt is one of our favorite things to order. We like food a lot in our house, and fresh ground sea salt really does make a difference on roasted vegetables, fresh tomatoes and many other of the beautiful things we cook and eat. Quality of everything is great, as is the service. AND, if you've been looking for that hard to find item, like smoked sea salt or smoked black pepper..? They've got it.

Salt for preserving
This is very nice salt and exactly what I needed. I am preserving herbs with salt and refrigeration. This process works very well to give me fresh herbs year round. The coarse salt is better to use than table salt. This was a very good deal at a minimum price.
