Great Addition
I've been purchasing my "Fresh Spices & Herbs" from Spices, Inc several years. Have not been disappointed with one purchase. This specific purchase is a great addition to tacos to chili. It brings aromatic notes to the dish and a wonderful addition of depths.

Adobo Seasoning
Yucatan, Recado Rojo Pollo Asado, and Adobo, with roasted chicken, baked chicken and even fresh made bread, cheese and seasonings. The results were amazing.
I loved each with their unique flavor profile. I like the cumin, fennel and ancho. I feel it has more cumin/spice kick. I've used it a few times with the bread and I tried on eggs. I think it has the everyday feel more the the other four.
