Adobo Review
Was sadly bland. It wasn’t bad but also not very good. Got my new spices and decided to do a simple test to see what I had. Oil and adobo in a bowl with chicken tenderloins. Stir until everything’s coated and bake at 350.
Sadly had very little flavor. I was expecting an explosion and got a fizzle instead...

my mistake
It's lovely, but the cumin is way too strong for my taste. It overpowers the other spices. I do alot of Indian cooking so I use alot of cumin, but it wasn't what I was looking for in an adobo. This seems to be more southwestern style and what I am used to us probably more carribean. Maybe you have a different blend that would be more what I was looking for.
