Great on baby back ribs
I rubbed the Caribbean spice on baby back ribs for Father's Day and smoked them in my pellet smoker. Served them with bbq sauce, and everyone raved about them! (Not only our family, but we shared them with neighbors and coworkers!) This mix is a keeper!

Caribbean Spice
Caribbean spice is definitely a bit sweeter and not as hot. Maybe even better as an "every day" spice mix than Jerk.
