I bought this to coat
I bought this to coat a homemade corned venison to make Pastrami. The grind was perfect. I also ordered coriander but it was ground a lot finer than the pepper. May next time I’ll just custom order a pastrami rub whixh is equal parts course ground pepper and coriander.

when you are making sausage
when you are making sausage ingredients make all the difference . I have found the freshness and quality of their pepper to be the best . I have tried other suppliers of spices and been left with disappointing results but never with Spice Inc.
