Great flavor!
I underestimated the quantity of a 1 lb bag in terms of volume....it's the size of a small sofa pillow! For me that's perfect, as marjoram is used in a great many Polish dishes that I make. The flavor of this marjoram is rich and bold, as if I dried it from my own garden.

Ordered specifically for a recipe
Although this was specifically ordered for an Itallian Blend, I had forgotten how good this smelled. Opening the bag and jarring it brought such a flood of delicious momories of past plantings around tomato plants. That is how good your Marjoram Leaf is, enough
