A Great Spice
We made Korean Beef and Broccoli Kebabs using this spice. Wonderful taste, great flavor. One of our favorite spices. We now incorporate this spice in many of our dishes.

Didn't know what to expect
I tried this on some quality ground beef for a carnivore dinner. I guess I expected it to be hot, as I'd heard Korean food was hot, but it wasn't. I'd say it was close to a regular blend you'd put on hamburger or other meat. But - as you're eating, you get a sweet taste. Not overpowering, just very nice and very different. I even went back to the site to look up the ingredients and found it has Demerara sugar in it (had to look that up, too). Long story short, I like it very much and it will become a staple in my kitchen.

Korean Beef Seasoning

Sirloin Pork roast
rolled 4 room temp sirloin pork roast in olive oil then rolled them in Korean Seasoning working it into meat well then on to the grill to sear. Put off to the side with medium heat for 2 hrs they were off the charts good!!!!!
