Nice Guajillo Chile
I haven't used the Guajillo chile yet but I'm impressed. They are much fresher than what I can get in local markets that appeal to the Hispanic public. They are moist and flexible and have a very nice (and strong) aroma. i could smell them through the plastic bags they were in. I've stored them in a metal container to keep them fresh until use. No more dried out chillies for me!
