Black cardamom pods
I use in bean soup. one pod (the inner seeds) per quart and a half of soup.
Haven't made any lately.

I don't like the black cardamom, too smokey, it was mistakenly purchased. Not a quality problem, product quality was fine.
Green cardamom was the flavor i was looking for. Got some last order.
