The flavor of this mix
The flavor of this mix is great. It not only makes a great soup base, but I also use it to make a spinach vegetable dip. (kind of a DIY version of the stuff you buy in packets)

So. Freaking. Delicious.
This seasoning goes well on literally everything. Soups, roasted veggies, condiments, you name it. My one issue is that it has salt in it, so I have accidentally over-salted a few too many dishes. Makes people think you are a soup wizard.

I can't believe how good this made soup
I have been trying to make tasty veggie soup from scratch and it is incredibly difficult. I basically made it the same way I had previously, but added this mix and I cannot believe how good this broth is! A secret weapon. Everything I've ordered from this company has made me lick my plate clean, and this one in particular fixed a big hole in my culinary capabilities.
