And it was the only real disappointment. The aroma was barely discernible... much weaker than some ground Allspice I had on hand that was more than 18 months old! I don't know what happened, but I would recommend that someone check into this.

Fantastic Flavor!
Sprinkled generously over oxtails, added to peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger in my insta pot for an hour. The meat was succulent!
